Our site is intended for use by United Kingdom residents. We ONLY deliver to the United Kingdom.


When you place an order to purchase a product from Cereja Coffee, we will send you a message confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (“Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e­mail or post a message on the Message Centre of the website confirming to you that we’ve dispatched the product to you (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation for each package, and each Dispatch Confirmation and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Dispatch Confirmation.

If you use Cereja Coffee services you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and devices, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided.

You must not use any CerejaCoffee Service: (i) in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, CerejaCoffee service, or any access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way, or (ii) for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity, or (iii) to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content if you are in breach of applicable laws, these Conditions of Use or any other applicable terms and conditions, guidelines or policies.


You must inform us (Cereja Coffee) of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request by contacting us, or using any form available in our website. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication BEFORE you have received the “Dispatch Confirmation”.


We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication.


When you return a Product to us (because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective Product.

Products returned by you because of any damage will be refunded in full, including the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
